Before initiating support confirm that your PC is running MS Windows 10 or 11 and that you can start the built-in Quick Assist App. This can be found with a search or started by holding down your keyboard CTRL and Windows keys and then tapping the Q key.

The Minimum charge for a successful fix is £22.50 (30 minutes) but we operate a No-Fix-No-Fee policy for unsuccessful connections, or early terminated sessions (under 15 minutes). Additional minutes over 30 minutes will be charged in 15 minute blocks at £11.25
